All product information, descriptions, and pricing are provided as accurately as possible. In the event of an error, OHARA AURA reserves the right to correct such errors and update information at any time without prior notice, in accordance with applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, limit, or override any rights granted to consumers under mandatory EU consumer protection legislation.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including but not limited to artworks, designs, images, graphics, text, logos, branding, and visual materials, is the exclusive property of OHARA AURA unless otherwise stated.

This content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from OHARA AURA.

Purchasing a product does not grant any transfer of intellectual property rights. All rights remain fully reserved by OHARA AURA.

Unauthorized use of any content may result in legal action.

SHIPPING

Please allow 1–5 business days for order processing and preparation before shipment. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, and seasonal demand.

Once your order has been successfully processed, it will be carefully packed and usually dispatched within 24 hours. You will receive a confirmation notification once your shipment is on its way.

Please note that orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays. Any orders placed during these periods will be handled on the next available business day.

We are pleased to offer international shipping to customers worldwide. Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on the destination country, customs procedures, and local courier services.

Please note that original canvas artworks are not available for purchase directly through our website. Customers interested in acquiring a canvas piece are invited to contact OHARA AURA directly to discuss availability, shipping arrangements, and custom requirements.

LOCAL TAXES

Please note that international orders may be subject to additional import duties, customs fees, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are determined by local customs authorities and vary depending on the country, order value, and applicable regulations.

Any such charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs displayed at checkout and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information regarding potential fees before placing an order.

SERVICE DELAYS

While OHARA AURA works closely with trusted shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

Once an order has been shipped, we will be happy to assist you in the event of any delivery issues. If a parcel is delayed, lost, or appears to be missing, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim or investigation, as they are responsible for the handling and tracking of the shipment during transit.

OHARA AURA will also support you where possible by liaising with the carrier to help resolve the issue.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. After this period, cancellation may no longer be possible as your order may already be in preparation or transit.

This does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection laws.

RETURNS

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order without providing any reason.

To initiate a return, customers must notify us within this 14-day period. Once approved, items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original packaging included.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as OHARA AURA is not responsible for return parcels that are lost or delayed in transit.

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY

All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity in accordance with applicable European Union consumer protection laws.

This means that products must correspond to their description, be of satisfactory quality, and arrive in proper condition. If a product is defective, damaged, or not as described, customers are entitled to request a repair or replacement. Where this is not possible, a refund or other remedy may be provided in accordance with legal requirements.

This guarantee applies to all products, including canvas artworks and physical goods, and covers defects present at the time of delivery.

It does not apply to damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

This guarantee only covers objective defects or lack of conformity. It does not cover subjective preferences, including changes in personal taste or situations where the product matches its description but is not subjectively to the customer’s liking.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and any contractual relationship between OHARA AURA and the customer are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Luxembourg, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in the customer’s country of residence within the European Union.

In the event of any dispute, customers may also have the right to bring proceedings in their country of residence in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection regulations.
